Commission TOS
PAYMENTS
- I accept payments through Venmo and Paypal
- Full payment upfront
- If you decide to cancel the commission while it is in progress you will not be refunded.
- If I cannot complete the commission, you will get a full refund.
- Payments may vary depending on the complexity of a commission.
- Please please PLEASE have clear references. I will not accept texted out references.DEADLINES
- Usually it will take me two weeks to get a commission done but this will vary depending on the complexityUSE
- You may not resell or profit off of my work unless it is discussed otherwise.
- Personal use: profile pictures, discord icons, twitch icons, etc. (ask)
- Commercial use: twitch overlays, banners, emotes, etc. (ask)REVISIONS
- I will provide you with progress updates unless stated otherwise
- I am open to making 2 major edits during the sketch phase, 1 major edit during the coloring phase. Additional edits will result in a fee.
- Mistakes (ex: eye color/wrong hair color) will not count as editsGENERAL
Do not edit my artwork without my permission.
Please do not remove my signature, mis-credit, or claim credit over my work. Properly credit me if the commissioned work is used on social media (discord, twitch, twitter, instagram, etc.)
I still hold the right to post my commission work or upload progress images to my socials.
